Off-the-shelf products and the myriad of available quick fixes rarely add lasting value in today's
complex and rapidly changing business environment. Fully tailored solutions, however, may not be
the best approach as they often involve long lead times and considerable development expense.
We place a high priority on first understanding client needs and then craft a response based on
our combined collective wisdom. We don't need to start from a clean sheet and this saves time
and money.

This approach aims to balance the benefits of a tailored solution with the cost-effectiveness and
timeliness of adapting techniques evolved over many years. The client reaps the benefits of
lessons learned from past experience that avoids potential pitfalls and streamlines the
implementation of improvement initiatives.
Clients often find that their initial identification of a problem turns out to be a symptom rather than
a cause. Significant time and expense may be saved by improving the diagnostic phase before
